EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (EAP)

Moeller and Associates contracts with businesses to provide critical workplace services that increases employee productivity and efficiency, while reducing absenteeism, turnover, and stress. Consultation is available to employees and family members for all kinds of personal problems, including relationship, financial, career, health, emotional, alcohol, and drug abuse concerns. The purpose of the program is to dramatically reduce the costs caused by personal problems both in human life and company dollars. This is done by providing professional confidential consultation and counseling so that problems can be resolved as early as possible, often before they have begun to impact other areas of the worker's life.

  • Our EAP programs are designed as a mainstream human resources management function, which aids an organization in achieving significant cost benefits. We offer comprehensive EAP services that provide professional assistance in the formation of a Drug Free Workplace platform, along with employee education and awareness, supervisory training, assisting employees with identifying and resolving personal concerns, and providing crisis intervention when needed to assist in critical events which affects the workplace community. Trainings provide management education in the supportive confrontation process as well as coaching techniques to encourage employee access to their EAP program. Moeller and Associates offer client organizations quarterly and annual reports, which include statistical analysis and monitoring of program activity. We work closely with our client organization in the development of these reports so that they best address the company need. Program evaluation is an ongoing process as we examine program performance based on three key indicators; employee utilization, our involvement in workplace issues, education, training and company satisfaction.
