Licensed Professional Counselor, Substance Abuse Expert
Upon completing his graduate degree from The University of Oklahoma Fred T. Moeller worked in State and Private Hospital settings in Oklahoma as well as private practice. He then administered Employee Assistance Programs in Dallas, Texas for some years before locating to the Atlanta Area and founding Moeller and Associates. With over 30 plus years of experience, he is licensed in the States of Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia as a LPC and CEAP. He has worked extensively with organizations such as Texas Instruments, CNN, Coca Cola, and SunTrust Banks. Moeller and Associates has provided international consultative services to the Ministries of Health in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. He served as a member of the 1996 Olympics Crisis Debriefing Team.
Alisa Manulkin, Ph.D
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Alisa Manulkin is a licensed psychologist in Georgia. She received a B.A. in Psychology, at George Washington University, graduating Cum Laude with Special Honors in Psychology. Dr. Manulkin went on to earn her Masters in Psychology and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Manulkin has held professorships at Georgia School of Professional Psychology and Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics where she was responsible for coordination and oversight of the pre-doctoral psychology internship program. Also responsible for supervision of clinical trainees in the following assessment and intervention rotations: Interdisciplinary Developmental Evaluation Service and Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic. These clinics focus on diagnosis and treatment of children with behavioral and/or developmental disabilities. Dr. Manulkin consults with parents and sees children for therapeutic services.
